I actually use this to watch my elderly mother. I love that it is able to rotate through the room, and I am able to hear her call if she needs me.

I love how it comes with 2 cameras, and you're able to split the screen and watch both kids at the same time. It's a great first-time monitor to use so you can learn from it. I don't like the range on this monitor its says 1,000 feet but its more like 50 and it completely stops working. I dont like that you can't move it up %26 down only side to side.

One of the cameras has terrible resolution. The other is fine. I got this for my two grandkids. Such a big name should have better quality. It wasn't cheap either.

Got in through pick up %26 it ended up being a pre-owned/returned item, which was not what I was expecting, as it was for a baby shower gift. When I got home from picking it up, it looked already open, so I checked inside %26 the monitor was dirty, looked like dried milk on it, and wires, screws/equipment was all loose inside the packaging. For $100.00 I expected a brand new, clean baby video monitor system, not used %26 dirty, %26 ready to be wrapped %26 given as a gift. Now I have to return it %26 get a new gift somewhere elese, as this experience turned me off from both Vtech monitors %26 Walmart items in general for lack of inspection before reselling items.

Quality was absolutely horrible!!! You cannot go up or down on cameras. They are super zoomed. And you can't zoom out. Very fuzzy! The sound was muffled and even on the lowest setting super loud. I have saved up for months as a stay at home mom for this system and I'm 100% dissatisfied and greatly disappointed!!!!

Product did not work out of box. Manufacturer help desk could not address issue and recommended returning to retailer . Easy return process at Germantown MD store. Staff at store was efficient and friendly.

After 6 months the battery started loosing power. Reached out to the manufacturer and they never responded back. Now it will not hold a charge at all and the unit is less than one year old. Do not buy this monitor.

You cannot get a hold of customer support no matter what. I got two cameras and I cannot get the second one to connect. I bought the monthly subscription thinking that would solve the problem and it did not. Sent emails, searched endlessly for answers and nothing worked. It's getting returned and I've found a cheaper one that has customer support.

Not great quality at all. I did not realize, before purchasing, that the cameras do not connect to the VTECH App, and upon setting the cameras up, one camera had perfect resolution, and the other had terrible quality resolution. Not worth $100.
