I really like this jump starter! Affordable, compact, lightweight %26 convenient. I just used it for the 1st time today and was quite impressed with the ease of use. The instructions are clear %26 brief, and it is plainly color coded to match to red clamp to the red battery terminal. Even if you DO place the clamps on the opposite terminal, it will warn you. It's very user friendly.

I bought it like a month ago and wife was like how come your buying stuff you don't need but I was like watch one day were going to need it and you'll be surprise so today april 17th around 3:50am on our way to work our v6 nissan frontier wouldn't turn on thats when I had to use it is super easy just plug the claps into charger then put clamps to battery turn charger on wait on the clamp small green light to turn on then turn the key on vehicle or push botton it turns on easy after work around 3pm my battery went dead again in my wife saw how easy this product really works she loved it she was like I take it back you made a smart purchase buy it anyone can do it if your battery is super dead it even comes with a small push botton to give an extra booster to battery...

It really works! I bought this because I had a parasitic draw on my battery and couldn't figure out what it was. It would be drained after a 24 hour period. No problem fast starting my minivan after buying this item. Also the USB charger charges the device fast and it stays charged for days!

I purchased the VTOMAN V2500 Jump Starter for emergency use during winter in Ottawa. The unit was fully charged according to the indicator lights before use. Unfortunately, at around -2°C, it was unable to start my car. The car has a standard 12V battery and is well within the advertised limits (gas engine). I followed the instructions exactly, ensured proper cable connection, and even tried multiple attempts, but the jump starter did not have enough power to crank the engine. Given that cold weather performance is critical for a product like this—especially in Canada—this was very disappointing. A jump starter advertised for large engines should reasonably handle mild sub-zero temperatures, and -2°C is not extreme winter weather. The unit may work in warmer conditions, but based on my experience, I cannot rely on it when it's actually needed most. I would not recommend this product for anyone who lives in a cold climate.
