It is good and fast shipping, arrived on time. But when I unbox, the accessories is intact, except the charger power supply. No wall charger. The picture is completely have. So I need to buy charger separately.

I bought it because of the excellent reviews it got across the WWW %26 when it arrived guess what I had - a dead battery, worked like a champ !! Not having to get someone else involved or asking a stranger for a jump is priceless !!

Got to use it for the first time yesterday. Battery on the hay dolly was dead. Hooked on the Vtoman 3000 and hit the boost button, picked up the bale of hay without a problem. Very happy with it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This only gets 4 stars instead of 5 because The air hose that came with this product was defective, preventing it from pumping up my car tire when it was flat. However when I obtained and used a replacement hose the product worked fine to pump up my car tires. I have used a similar model charger / air pump from the same company to jump my car and it worked great.

I purchased the VTOMAN 4250A, and while the product itself seems solid, the wall charger was missing from the package. This was frustrating as it's an essential item. Please ensure all accessories are included in the future.

It never work. Never start the car at all. Even I charged for a whole day, it still showed it's not fully charged. And most importantly, it failed to jump start the car.

This brand-new VTOMAN 3000A Car Jump Starter with Air Compressor started emitting smoke within 5 minutes of first use. The outside temperature was 49F, and while inflating a car tire from 22 PSI to 35 PSI (1.5 bar to 2.4 bar), smoke began coming from the device, primarily from the USB port, even though the USB port was never used and was not in use during the process. Letting it cool down for a minute, when attempting to inflate a second tire, the device smoked again and stopped working after inflating the tire from 22 PSI to ~32 PSI (1.5 bar to 2.2 bar). I'm not sure if the device overheated, but the smoke suggests a serious malfunction.
