Easy to use, instructions are simple enough. Charge it, and it's ready. It started my dead battery right up. I no longer fear having a vehicle that sits a long time, not cranking because this solves that issue! I will trust the air pump will be just as efficient.
I purchased three of these last year for myself and my family. We love them. We were very impressed with the quality and functionality of the charger and compressor. I have purchased three more for Christmas presents this year. I got mine at Walmart at a terrific price. My neighbor was so impressed with mine that she purchased one also. Outstanding product.
It cranks right up my Lexus been sitting in the garage for more than two years and I used it on my neighbor car too. No problem at all.
It is good and fast shipping, arrived on time. But when I unbox, the accessories is intact, except the charger power supply. No wall charger. The picture is completely have. So I need to buy charger separately.

Portable air pump %26 digital gauge, jump pack, lights, charges devices.. what more could I ask for a good price ? Only a few minor things: gauge is a little off.. cables for jumper are short %26 small diameter, but to make the unit compact, I can see why. So far, I am happy with my purchase. Now, how to make a lightweight compact tool set for travel is my next thought.
I like it very much But it didn't have the 15 amp barrel plug in. If you have that one let me know

It never work. Never start the car at all. Even I charged for a whole day, it still showed it's not fully charged. And most importantly, it failed to jump start the car.
Emailed VTOMAN thru contact on their website several days ago about the 9 volt 2 amp charger missing from package, the fact that unit had scrathes on it %26 the charger is missing is making me wonder if this is a return thats been reshipped out to another customer which would be me !!! Looks like I'm going to have to send it back if they can't take care of this small issue !!
