Only wear 100% cotton drawstring pants and shorts around house.Usually wear Fruit oif Loom,jersey. I always have to roll these up.M petite female. These are very lightweight.flannel type weave. Feel very breathable. Will shrink in dryer. Look pretty snappy. This dark pair,don't think will be see-through,but lighter colors would be.

These are exactly the material quality I was searching for. Not heavy but suitable for my winter pajama' here. Very comfortable and sized correctly ( 6'1" and 220 lbs- Large fits perfectly and roomy even while sitting at my desk. I will have to get more from this brand
