Vuly Thunder Pro 12ft Springless Trampoline, Safety Net, Durable Frame (Large)

The Vuly Thunder Pro was a little difficult to setup and required 3 adults to stretch the mat, however we were provided with the right tools and even Vuly gloves for grip! Our boys have spent many hours jumping in the backyard and the trampoline is amazing quality. It's extremely safe with the net around the bottom and the shade roof is fantastic for those hot sunny days. Absolutely recommend this trampoline to everyone!

We were so excited to purchase a Vuly having owned other brands of trampolines we feel this one although being more expensive, was more superior in quality. We initially had an issue with the courier timeframes as the product was not picked up, however the staff were very obliging to keep me informed of the progress.

Such an awesome product. Kids absolutely love the trampoline and as a parent I love the fact that my mind is at ease when it come to their safety. Setup of the trampoline was very easy considering it was a first and the YouTube video that Vuly have made definitely is a must to help make your setup an easy experience. Lost of bonus stuff they chucked in with our package and sales team was awesome to deal with. Definitely recommend this brand of trampoline!

Took a few sweaty hours to put together (would not recommend trying with just one person!), but combo of the manual and the online instruction videos really helped. Kids have been bouncing since it was finished a few hours ago, so I'd call that a huge success!

Our Vuly Trampoline was delivered ahead of the predicted date and only 5 working days after ordering it! I received email updates letting me know each stage of the process and tracked shipping. The video provided along with the instructions made for very straight forward assembly of the Trampoline and I am very pleased with how sturdy the frame is and good quality all the materials are. I had high expectations of Vuly as many friends have their tramps which have lasted years. After seeing our Tramp I can understand why Vuly have such a good name for themselves and the half price parts for life

Trampoline and accessories have all arrived. Put it together on the weekend and the kids didn't get off it. Fantastic! Cold weekend in Sydney and they came in sweating. Only regret was we moved from the Large to the Medium (only because we don't have a big backyard at the rental we are at). Just bought a house on the weekend that we will move into late this year. Expect another call from me as we buy a bigger one! Fantastic product. Thanks.

Excellent products and the service was exceptional. Went to pickup our trampoline just prior to Christmas, and they were very busy but had drinks, snacks and even an ice-cream van for customers while they waited. Great service all round, would highly recommend Vuly!

After hours of trawling the internet i was recommended Vuly by my sister in law and when i saw her product i must admit i was impressed by the quality. I decided to jump online and place my order and found out just how easy it was to deal with them. I was able to send them a BPAY for payment and they promptly replied to my order and emails assuring me they will contact me once the funds had hit there account. Sure enough there was an email from them 48 hours later and then a shipping notice advising it was on its way. All within a week. So impressed and will honestly recommend this company to

We ordered our Vuly on the 21st September 2018 and despite some initial delays with delivery, we received our order well before Christmas. There seemed to be some issues with the shipping information as the courier had the address details incorrect but it was sorted out directly with the courier company. Vuly customer service was great and they followed up several times during the sales process to ensure everything was ok. In terms of set-up, it did take a little while but was easy to follow with video instructions (the paper diagrams were a bit tricky!).
