We are so impressed with the quality of the Vuly trampoline. It was straightforward to set up. Love the shade roof and the added bonus of the tent! The kids were on it as soon as we finished setting it up! So wonderful to se them outside having fun and exercising at the same time!

We bought an Ultra medium for our boys (early) Christmas present and they love it. From an ordering perspective Vuly was upfront about the length of time it would take to deliver and when the cover was going to be delayed, the trampoline itself was sent first with accurate info on the length of time before we received the rest of the order. Billing was accurate, delivery was accurate and their help desk is manned seven days a week - very responsive and accommodating.

Got a great deal with lots of extras included! Was really happy with the value I received on my purchase with VULY PLAY. Great peace of mind knowing my kids have the best product on the market, lots of great research and resources to confirm that we have gone with the best of the best. The 3 children aged between 1 and 9 all have a ball on it whether it be all together or alone. Great bounce, looks good, love how solid it is (it come through quite a wind storm yesterday and didn't budge) and the quality of the net, the shade cover and the idea of the skirt. Although expensive I believe you get what you pay for and expect to have this trampoline for many years to come.Very happy.

the phone was extremely helpful in advising size and accessories we should consider and I never felt pressured in any way to actually make a sale. Delivery was ahead of schedule and although we wont assemble it until Christmas, the parts I have seen look to be high quality.

Enjoying our VuLy trampoline. Its very well designed and putting it together, was very simple and easy to assembly, (even with 3 little Kids trying to help mum and dad build it) they absolutely love it. The sun shade is a great feature and great shield for the kids, also makes chilling out in the sun cool. I do wish however that the stairs came with it and werent an extra. Highly recommend paying the money for this QUALITY trampoline
