this cheese melts very well. and it costs a lot more at placesother than Walmart, my husband makes enchiladas that are better than anywhere. he will usually use a bag of grated mixed colby and jack cheese. but last time I had him use this cheese and green sauce in enchiladas and oh my were they incredible, my grandma my sister 3 cousins ,niece and daughter all went crazy for them everyone wanted to have the recipe. and it was this cheese that perfected it. yesterday i sauteed meat warmed beans shredded lettuce and added other stuff including this cheese and had the yummmiest make your own taco night. it is a gteeat buy.

I love this cheese it’s the best cheese for quesadillas or pupusas de queso or arepas honestly it’s such a good melting cheese but I even eat it on top of regular tacos or taquitos dorados enchiladas it’s so good with a lot of different dishes definitely recommend it’s worth the price

This is the BEST cheese!! It does not taste fake and melts like real cheese should. I used to buy Kraft, but I no longer buy that brand due to it being changed. It no longer melts correctly and tastes fake. But this cheese is the BEST!! This cheese melts smoothly and tastes like real cheese should taste. It melts in your mouth from deliciousness. I definitely recommend buying this brand of cheese for its quality and authenticity.

This cheese really does melt well. I often make quick snacks or dinners in the microwave, and it's great to have found a good cheese that melts so quickly and easily. I put this cheese on some tortilla chips and heated for 30 seconds in the microwave - the cheese was nicely melted and the chips were warm but not burned!

Best shredded cheese ever. If you want that sweet gooey quesadilla like the Mexican restaurant than this is what you need. It has a slight nutty flavor when toasted really good as well. Half the time I am supposed to us mozzarella I use this instead because it adds an almost butter flavor to whatever you’re putting it on.

I love this cheese for quesadillas, burritos, stuffed peppers, etc. It doesn't have a huge amount of flavor but it definitely has more depth than other quesadilla cheeses I've tried. It's got a hint of a buttery flavor, and that's really all you need for this type of cheese. It melts perfectly and has a great consistency if you're big on texture. This cheese was made for melting and complementing peppers and Mexican spices.

This is our favorite shredded cheese. It melts very easily. We use it on everything now. Perfect for frozen pizzas that need more cheese. Perfect for tacos, quesadillas and burritos. In a Hispanic household were constantly using cheese. I literally buy the cheese at least every other week. I use them with enchiladas with quesadilla.. cooks and bakes well melts perfectly . I have no issues. The taste is great. Literally you can use this cheese with absolutely everything.

First time buying this cheese, it does melt great but is pretty salty, something about it seems artificial to me, like a Velveeta Mexican cheese, I don't know. Probably won't buy again, I used it to make burritos, burrito bowls and was great added to the top of a frozen pizza before cooking, made it taste better and nice cheese pull
