W3PVS20JST Hayward Poolverg 2 Whl Gunite Suction

I ordered a new Hayward Inground Suction The PoolCleaner 4 Wheel pool cleaner and could not be happier with my purchase. We are a previous PoolCleaner owner. After 15 years, we decided to replace it instead of rebuilding it. So glad we made this decision. And purchasing it from Doheny's was a GREAT choice! We received our order within a couple days, which, if you are a pool owner, know is critical. Our pool looks beautiful and sparkling again and we love it!

Have had trouble with other style pool cleaners getting leaves off of the bottom of the pool. This pool cleaner is doing a good job so far.

Arrived as advertised and works great.

Had a Polaris for twenty years. After it stopped working I purchased this after my pool guy recommended it. Couldn't be happier. It cleans every bit as good as the Polaris. The best thing is that it doesn't require a booster pump. Which is a big deal here in California where electricity is very expensive. Don't expect it to climb the walls like a Polaris but the walls are not my concern. It's the floor of the pool I need cleaned.

The cleaner works very well. The quality of hoses aren't good. Very flimsy and don't stay together well.

The is the third one of these that I have owned over about 18 years. If only they were just a little more resilient. Other than the drive-train being a little flimsy and the replacement tires being priced like they are made of precious metal, a great pool cleaner for the price. You should get 5-10 years of service out of it

It is our first pool so I don't have anything to compare it to. But so far it has done an amazing job. It is on all day from 9-5 when the filter is running. It keeps the bottom of the pool spotless and I just have to use the skimmer net to clean the top.

Does good job on bottom however it will not climb the walls. Adjusted weights, pressure no luck

I don't really want to give this product a bad review. It just did not work for me. I loved the idea of it and watched all the videos of people who had great success. Perhaps I had a defective unit. I read everything to troubleshoot and even called Hayward support which was a waste of my time.

I'd like to rate this product but Doheny's Pool Supplies never completed the order. After initially charging the credit card, they reversed it without any explanation. I purchased the same product from a local pool supply store for $100 less. It worked out for me in the end but obviously won't use Doheny's Pool Supplies again.
