When I ordered this, I was using the Walmart app. The pads were not the correct size for the buffer I bought. I tried to return them at my local Walmart but it showed it was not returnable to Walmart and I had to contact the seller. I did as I was told to do and the instructions were not clear. I continued to ask for clarification and was eventually told to contact Walmart.com. I went BACK to my local store for help. Again I was told they couldn't return it to the store. Long story short, I FINALLY got a return authorization number so I could mail it back AT MY EXPENSE. it turned out to be $12.10 to mail the package. I would strongly encourage everyone to check to see who the seller is if the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TCP GLOBAL. You will regret it if you have to return the product!!
