The refrigerator at work was crowed and smelly. The break room was noisy. So, I bought this to put my lunch in and I sit in my car. Couldn't be happier. No more cubes to freeze either. And I can unwind and enjoy my lunch. It keeps food cool. I haven't used the warmer cycle yet. It's August and still 110 here in AZ. I can get 2 cans of juice, my sandwich, chips, and cookies in there with a side of veggies and dip! I do leave it plugged in while I am at work. It's unplugged when lunch is over . It DOES take about 30 mins to reach a cool temp, so that w is where the frozen plastic cubes come in handy. I pop two in, get ready for work, make my lunch, remove the cubes and I'm gone! It goes in the back seat. Handy carry strap. The Wagan site was a few bucks more and I am going to buy the a.c. To dc adapter. Definitely will get used alot, and for road trips as well.

Looks to be working good. Would like the option of a regular plug for wall adapter.

I have asked for a return/refund for this item twice over the last week and have not received a response from Diddlydeals.com. Walmart has made the request to them but I have not heard anything from them. The item is not the size I was expected thus would like to return it for a refund, but it appears that they are not responding to the request.

Will drain your battery if u Leavitt plugged in too long. Takes to long to get cool
