I needed a heat gun in order to make some heat shrink butt splices on wiring an outdoor temperature sensor for my humidistat. This heat gun works perfectly for what I needed! It has the right temperature settings and I was able to complete the project with no issues. I recommend this heat gun!
The Furno300 was purchased to strip paint from wood. It does an excellent job at this and has greatly speeded up my project. The heat gun is quiet, warms up quickly, and is light weight. I was impressed to get such a well performing device and such a reasonable price.
I bought it about a month ago to use on working on a lawn tractor. I had struggled for a while and couldn't remove the vinyl dust covers off the wheel hubs, I checked out a video and it said use a heat gun on them, within minutes they were both off...had to heat them up to put them back on..heated up instantly, high quality heat gun, love it....
I picked one of these up from my local Menard's on sale. I didn't really have a NEED for it per se, but I've owned a Wagner Paint Eater for over a decade and it's incredible so I thought I'd give it a shot. Since purchasing it about a month and a half ago, I've found countless uses from shrink wrapping, softening multiple kinds of adhesives, removing paint from an old chair I was refinishing and the list goes on and on. So glad I chose to get one of these and look forward to adding the accessory kit once I've got some extra funds.
I needed to remove some paint from my kitchen cabinets but didn't want to use chemicals in the house. I decided to try the heat and scrap method and I am so happy I got this heat gun. It is easy to use and heats up the paint to bubbling in no time so I can scrap it right off. This has saved me so much time and I don't have to deal with the harsh chemicals. Great buy!
I had an old heat gun that a buddy of mine had given me. It finally bit the dust and I use a heat gun all the time. I checked some of the reviews and found that the Wagner was the best value for the money. I am very happy with my purchase as it's flawlessly done everything that I needed it for.
I bought the Wagner Furno300 to complete a snow blower repair. Everything I was using prior to the Wagner was not strong enough to heat the items I needed to put together. It heated the rubber and plastic perfectly so I did not damage the parts I was fitting together.
I bought this heat gun to replace an old gun (purchased 40+ years ago) and was very impressed with it. I also loved the dual temperature settings! Great piece of equipment!!
I build and repair golf clubs. Removing and replacing grips, shafts, and heads. This Furno300 does the job and don't have to use open flame propane. So the Furno300 is a lot safer for what I need. And of course the price is crazy good.
So far I love it! I've used it to remove multiple things that were sticky like carpet stickers, price stickers, and plastic on galvanized steel. I love that it has two settings as well. Great tool but I wish I would have invested in sooner!
