I like the keyboards adjustable brightness settings, and the quiet mouse. It's a nice keyboard.

The product itself is excellent. I gave it a four, however because of the instructions. at first, I could not find the USB adapter. there seem to be in the packing material a little slot where it should be and it wasn't there. I looked all through all of the packaging, I even looked on the floor to see if I might have dropped it, the instruction said to look on top of the keyboard. I finally gave up an emailed support, and they were willing to send me another one. they also sent me a picture of the mouse, and the adapter was in a slot on the bottom of the mouse. otherwise, a great product.

Some of the functions on the key didnt work. while in exceel as id scroll down it would hump too far, it would also mess up with %23s i'd input. I would have to start over at times. I was frustrated many times with this duo.

Item shuts down after 4 or minutes, charged or not. One color, blue. it is a Pain to constantly have to turn it off, then back on while plugged in to get it to gwet back to work. And ESC K doesn't work. I wish I could return it,

I had to return the keyboard (and mouse, being they are a combo) two days after receiving it. The keyboard lost connectivity to the computer every so often and the only way to get it to reconnect was to turn it off and back on. It was not a distance issue. The keyboard was only about 6" away from the computer. Very annoying. I do not recommend this product.

This keyboard and mouse had a battery life of about 3-4 hours and seemed less with every charge. It's range was about 1 meter/yard at best and there could not be a monitor any where near the area between. Walmart did refund the cost, but it was a waist of time.

I order did come with all parts . Says contact us if missing any parts . No where on package or order is there contact info

I had to charge the keyboard multiple times per day because the battery life was only about 2 1/2-3 hrs and I work 9-10 hrs a day

I continue have to turn it off and on to revive it.
