These little shavers are fantastic. This is the third or fourth pair I've bought. Not because they break. I forget where I put them. They work so well that even one of my vets techs carries a pair in her pocket. For long haired animals like my little dog. The are fantastic at shaving small knots , hair on feet and other parts of body . Suggestion would be to get pet used to humming it makes and not to use extremely close to eyes. They Don't cut skin but they might pinch. Follow instructions and you will do fine.

I trust the Wahl brand. I have small breed dogs and this trimmer is quiet so they aren't startled by noise. The cutting head is small and it's easy to clip under matted fur. Being small it's easy to cut fur around their mouth, nose and ears. The price is right and I recommend this product.

These are the best clippers around - nice and small I used them on my dogs pads and I didn't have to worry about clipping their pads.

I bought this little trimmer as a backup to the Andis heavy-duty clippers I had ordered a few days earlier. My dog now needs to be trimmed at home, as she has seizures when at the groomer. The main reason I bought this Pocket Pro was to clip around my dog's face and feet, as well as under her tail. Sometimes it's awkward to maneuver a big clipper around these small areas. This little gem worked very well around her feet. It seemed to disturb her (maybe the sound) when doing her face, but she got used to it and it did a good job there, too. You certainly can't beat the price! Would definitely buy again.

This trimmer does a good job. It is a little noisy, but doesn't scare my dog. Second one I've had, lost the first one.

I used Pocket Pros several years ago for horses. They couldn't do a full body clip, of course, but they did small jobs just great. I bought this new one for my cat. He has soft, thin fur. I used it to cut through the hairs at the base of the small (1/8 inch thick) mats in his fur since scissors are too dangerous. It takes about 20 - 30 seconds to cut through a TINY bit of hair, while my cat struggles and slaps at me. It's better than nothing, I guess, but it's nowhere near the quality it used to have.

Too noisy loud & is a hit & miss doing what it's supposed to do, which is CUT the fur. Very disappointing.
