Amazed
I am amazed , these really work - i tried taking one before bed and woke up right before the alarm went off ! I have been using one week with amazing results ! bottle says you can take 2 i have only needed 1 , NO jitterz or fluttery heart beat ! Ive started taking 1 upon getting up it kicks in for mid day slump !

Great product, natural energy without jitters
I have 2 different sleep disorders and use a CPAP as well as melatonin to sleep, but still have trouble waking up/not feeling rested. When I take one of these, I wake up more easily and feel rested. I take another one in the morning and it helps cut down on my mid afternoon slump. Not jittery, or yucky side effects at all. Truly a great product that utilizes the natural effects of vitamins and supplements that our bodies need anyway, plus caffeine.

I love it!
It really does help you wake up in the morning. You don't wake up groggy, you wake up alert. It's a crazy feeling! FYI: for the first 2-3 nights, I did have crazy dreams. I usually don't remember my dreams so it was weird.

These work great
When I take these at night, I wake up feeling rested. Taking them in the morning helps to me to get way more done than I usually do. I feel good on these.

I am impressed and easy to take!
Found these on the clearance rack for 5.00 and thought what could it hurt. I am not a morning person and ALWAYS fatigued because of my health issues. My Dr tried to give me sleeping meds but I cannot take those b/c they make me extra groggy and fuzzy feeling in the morning. Anyway.. tied these and wow. I When I wake up it is bearable and the inside worn out feeling is reduced by about 40% which is huge. My boyfriend has bad mornings too but refuses to take anything but I talked him into and now he is set on them. So glad I came across this! I think I will try the morning does for the afternoon slum next
