its a large mat
I got this as I have partially paralyzed feet and have to walk on this just so i can walk, it suites my purposes, is not to bad when stacked one on top of the other. picture could not be uploaded.

Thick %26 Reliable Matt
It's nice firm and super thick! No that isn't what she said! It's a cheaper option but will get the job done. Might have to leave something sturdy on the ends to get it to lay flat. Nice starter Matt.

Okay Mat for Light Infrequent Use
I recently ordered and received the Wakeman Outdoors Extra-Thick, Non-Slip Mat in Black and it worked out for my light needs. It states that is extra-thick which it is not, I have had other mats that are a thicker foam. I don't believe this mat will hold up to constant use, it could be better built and I think the price could be cheaper. For light use and if you need a quick mat delivered, then I would recommend it, but I don't believe it will hold up to constant use. The carrying strap is annoying to put back on after the mat is rolled up for storage. A velcro strap would work better to keep it closed for storage.

Not for yoga
This should not be advertised as a yoga mat. It is too thick for yoga. It is a Pilates mat. I needed a yoga mat.
