Why pay all that money out for an exercise mat when you can get this one that is the perfect padding for all your excercise. I did have purchase the velcro grippers for carpet/foam to keep mine from sliding, but still saved alot of money.

With my 86 year old body when I do exercises on my knees (birddog points, etc) I use two of these pads on my hardwood floors because of my total knee replacement. Other exercises one is sufficient. When you first unwrap they do have a fishy smell, but abates after exposing to fresh air. Rolls up easy to return too the included storing and carry sling. Beware of the extreme pricing difference between different colors of the pads.

still learning i need to measure things before I order to find out I am ordering the right size item. luckily with tiny adjustments this is long enough to take care of my needs. happy with my purchase.

I purchased a red Wakeman mat and was happy with that one so I felt confident in buying another one in purple. But the purple mat, although advertised as "Extra Thick" with the same measurement as the one previously purchased, is NOT the same thickness.
