Excellent workout mat!
This mat was exactly what I was looking for. I do a ton of online video HIIT exercises and needed a mat to absorb some impact (have hard wood floors) and reduce noise since I'm in a 2nd floor apartment. This mat is easily moved around with just my feet when I need to switch positions but also somehow doesn't slip around when moving around on it. It's flat so there's no yoga mat ripples which makes it perfect for moving around and jumping around.
