I have been a Leslie fan for years. Her walking workouts are easy, fun, and gets the job done. I always feel great when I'm done!

Amazing!!

JG511 April 2, 2013

I bought this video to do at home because I was too embarrassed of my size to go to the gym. I started off doing just the first mile until I eventually was doing the whole 5 miles. I lost 70 pounds in 5 months and feel amazing. It's easy enough for anyone to do. My 3 year old would do with me. I have now joined the gym up the road, but on days I don't feel like getting out, I still pop in this video. I am 5'1 and went from a size 22 and now I'm a size 16! I still have a lot to lose but it's worth it! You can do it too!! And this video will get you on the right track! :)

Never would I have thought...OMG! I LOVE THIS!!!!

LIZ73 September 23, 2011

I'm a New Yorker now living in Miami. I used to walk alot in NYC but ever since I moved here --teeny sidewalks--not pedestrian friendly AT ALL-- I gained ALOT of weight. I sprained my ankle and gained more. I had no energy to keep up with my life! I saw this at Walmart & something made me buy it. I mean I should at least give it a try, right? I did. I walked 2 miles in the morning & 2 in the afternoon the first day. It was hard and easy at the same time. Easy steps but made me work! I love this so much! GOD BLESS HER! This is just what I needed. Although I had some good pain in my leg muscles --I guess this works-- the next day, I had enough strength and energy --SHOCKED--to do 3 miles the next morning & 3 in the afternoon. I cried!!! I've been so tired, so unfit, so dissapointed in myself, so insecure & depressed about my weight; but now, I feel good, proud & energized. I sleep great too!!! I'm not stopping. I WILL update my progress by Christmas. I know this will help me get to where my health needs me to be. I AM SO HOOKED!!! She's amazing!

Easy walking exercise for indoors

African87 September 30, 2013

What is nice about this walking exercise video is the choice of walking 1-5 miles depending on the time you have.

This is an awesome workout, just enough but not too much. Because it is done in segments, you can do as much or as little as you want, working up to the complete 5 miles at your own pace!

Leslie Sansone dvd's

JEF64 March 23, 2015

I have done Leslie Sansone years ago needing to lose 50 lbs. I was in my 50's then and lost 50 lbs in 7 months. If I hadn't had her to workout with I don't know what I would have done. It's simple steps and she gives intervals to keep you stronger and stronger. Now I need to lose again and she will be my way to go. I was amazed at how well it went for me. I didn't think I was that strong to start at a faster pace this time. I was pleasantly surprised that I can do the faster 2 and 3 miles better at a faster pace. 3 miles in 20 minutes is good for me. You can get to where you can do it again and have walked 4 miles. I used to split my exercise up and do one in the morning and one in the early evening or later. Cannot wait to get to it and get it off. Thank you Leslie!

Must Be A Repackage

HorizonHawk April 28, 2011

As someone who owns almost ten of Leslie's walk DVDs, I was pleased that this was a bit different than the others. I was definitely working hard and working up a sweat. So far, I have only finished four of the five miles on the workout. There were, however, two things about this workout that I didn't like. The first is that there is print that pops up from time to time at the bottom of the screen that blocks the view of Leslie's feet. If the step is a new one, I had to wait for the writing to leave the screen to see Leslie's footwork. The other thing that I was unimpressed with, was the fact that Leslie uses two bands at the same time when doing some of the toning and firming exercises. That is okay, except that the DVD only comes with one band. I believe this was marketed to include two bands at one point. Now it is being resold as a different product. If you can overlook those two items, I would definitely consider purchasing the DVD.
