Walk to the Hit All Time Favorites (DVD)

These are fabulous DVDs. I bought a few different ones for variety. The exercises are easy yet powerful and you can literally do them in any room in your home. You don't need a lot of space or any extra equipment. It's like bringing an exercise class into your home. Great whether your new to fitness or it's already part of your daily routine. Super convenient and Leslie keeps you motivated.

I was just introduced to Leslie Sansone's workout videos and think they are great! They are real workouts and fun at the same time. I have purchased five of her DVDs and use them all.

Leslie Sansone is always a favorite and did not fail this time. I am 64 and not all DVD's fit my level of workout. Its great to have a DVD that advances with me.

In a twenty minute workout session with her you will have walked 1 mile. This is great for people with physical problems but who can walk. Great way to get exercise in without crippling your body.

I have all of the walk to the hitts videos and this one is my favorite! She added more cardio workouts and makes you sweat even more!!!
