I absolutely love this wooden dresser! It is sturdy, smooth drawers, and a beautiful finish that looks even better in person. It has plenty of storage space and feels like a piece that will last for years. Highly recommend!
It is very cute. Lots of pieces and mine came cracked, however I fixed it and I got some money back for it. I was very happy with it after putting it together.
Over all its a good size dresser at a pretty good deal. The color is a bit off from what I was going for but its still close and far enough away that it isn't noticeable. Overall I do love it! I did knock off a couple of stars because a piece of lumber came with mildew on it. I disinfected and sanded it off, and all is well. Just not something I was thrilled about having to do.
Visually, this is a really beautiful dresser and looks great put together. It doesn’t look as cheap as it is. However the assembly is a pain in the butt, and it does not have metal tracks, just cheap wooden rails that probably won’t last too long. I had an issue with two drawers that would fall off the rails because it was improperly cut and slightly shorter than it needed to be. I tried a few different things to make it work, reached out to Walmart to see if they could order spare parts so I could make it work, but I was funneled over to the manufacturer. We went back and forth for a bit and they finally sent me some replacement parts. Much to my dismay, the two drawers still did not work, so I finally called Walmart to initiate a return. They said I was outside of my return window, but would make an exception (oh geee thanks) but they could not have it picked up. They said the only possible way to get a refund was to completely disassemble it, box it up and take it to the post office and ship it myself! That wasn’t an option for me (not only is that a ridiculous ask on their part since they delivered a lemon of a product, but I am also 9 mos pregnant.) I had to go back to the drawing board to figure a way to make it work and after bouncing some ideas off family members, we found a solution that worked. But all that hassle, and terrible customer service for a brand new piece of furniture is atrocious. I’m glad it worked out and does look pretty in my space, but if I had known it was going to be this much trouble, I would have just ordered a quality piece of furniture from LivingSpaces or Pottery Barn.
The paint finish on this dresser was bad. You could see would grain underneath and it made it look cheap. Not the appearance I was hoping or expecting.
The box is ripped in numerous places right through to the wood pieces and some are damaged with gouges. Id like to have it replaced but there doesn't seem to be an option for that online and there is no way to talk to a real person.. just an automated voice telling me to start a return online. Returning for a refund entails me loading it into my vehicle and dropping it off to FedEx.. what a load of poo. I guess Im stuck with this garbage. Never again will I order furniture from Walmart.
Item didn’t come with instructions so I called the company that sold it and they wanted my whole master card number again for what reason I’m not sure I just wanted assembly instructions I wasn’t buying or returning the item. Im setting here with a item that has many pieces and no instructions. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Poly had bubbled and flaked off. I will have to repoly it. Some boards were stuck together. Gap between top drawers and facia piece. Feet are cheap. Piece that goes between back boards was sliced (I may have done that trying to cut the box open-very thick cardboard, difficult to open). I had to duck tape it.
It was way to small, it looked like it was for a child’s room. It is hard to put together, poor quality and absolutely not worth the money.
Did not come with instructions (they're online) and was missing numerous pieces.
