Walker Edison Premium Twin Over Full Metal Bunk Bed, White

Bought this recently for exchange students to use. It took a little longer to put together but did have very easy to follow directions. Love how solid it is and it looks modern with it's clean lines. Very happy with the purchase... from ordering it through delivery and right up until it's first use was everything I hoped it would be. Well done Walmart!! 1 very happy customer here.

I bought this bed based on the price and the good reviews it received. I agree with all the positive reviews and feel that it was money well spent. I purchased this for a guest room I use when my three granddaughters stay with us. The full size bed allows two girls to sleep together and the third on the top twin bunk. This bed frees up a lot more room than the two twin beds I had previously. I did see some reviewers saying that assembly was tough, but I put it together with my grown daugter and it assembled just as the directions stated. Lots of pieces but the directions were spot on and easy to understand, no problems here.

This bed model was $100 less than another place and was shipped free to my home. Very sturdy. I had read other reviews and was prepared for the fact that there were going to be a "gazillion" parts. The instructions were generally very good. The parts were well made and fit well together. I took my time and had it together in two evening sessions of a few hours each. Two points that will help. Have a small ratchet wrench with #4 & #5 hex tips rather than try to use the included hex keys. That would have taken forever. The other thing is that when placing the small plastic tabs to hold the cross bars into the support rails, note that the tab's engaging clips only cover a portion of the tab. The open portion should be away from the bar. This will make sense when you get there. Also, use a little hard wood dowel with a hard plastic or rubber mallet to drive the tabs in unless your fingers are very strong and tough. The mallet is also good for helping set the bars into the frame slots. Don't get me wrong, parts fit well, but a little mechanical assistance speeds assembly up. With the right attitude and tools, it was a fun project.

After a lot of research and looking at numerous sets of bunk beds, (many were more expensive than this set), we decided to purchase this one for our granddaughter. We were SO pleased with the quality of the metal, the paint and the overall design of the beds. Even more surprising was the super fast delivery. We paid a mere $2.97 to have it delivered to our home, thinking there was no way it would come when promised. Guess what! It showed up on our front porch exactly when they said it would. Assembly instructions are easy to understand and it's not hard to do, but plan on AT LEAST several hours to put it together properly. But, it's worth it!

This is a good sturdy bed. It sleeps three easily. We have three girls and, now, three boys. We bought a white one of these two years ago and it has been great for our girls. The only thing is you have to really watch what you are doing when you put it together. It's very easy to start to put it together wrong and then realize it later and have to take stuff apart again. There were no extra pieces either. so be sure not to lose anything. It took me a couple of hours to put it together and that was with my wife helping (good!) and me having to redo some parts when I wasn't paying as close attention as I should have.

We had a metal bunkbed in our guest room but the "little" guests are getting bigger so went with t the 300 lb. weight capacity even though no one sleeping on it will come near 300 lbs.The bottom bunk is very well supported compared to the old bunk we replaced.Assembly was o.k. thanks to reading prior reviews and knowing what to expect.The plastic tabs to hold the metal bed slats were the worst part of the assembly.It looks the way it was pictured.

Once I put the bed together, I was inpressed with the sturdiness and overall looks. You want to make sure that you pay particular attention to how you have all parts oriented before you put them together. Sometimes the directions aren't very specific in this area. Other than that, I love the bed.

We have only had this bed for about a month, but so far it has been great. It wasn't too difficult to put together. My husband and I did it in about an hour and a half without much trouble. Directions could have been a little clearer, but we did just fine. The bed itself is sturdy and looks very nice in the kids' bedroom. I would definitely buy these bunk beds again.

I was not sure about buying this bunk bed without first seeing and feeling it in person. Took a chance and very happy I did. Beds came in a long skinny box that I did not think could be the bunk beds. It comes in a thousand pieces. The Girls was at school when received my hubby and I put it together in maybe 2 hours. The hardest part is the clips I used a flat head screwdriver to press the sides in and then pushed. If you use a hammer, you will break some. Over all very happy with purchase, great bed very sturdy girls love it.

I bought 2 sets of these for my boys and for my girls. The support bar(s) that run through the middle of the bottom bed come in 2 pieces and are only held together by 2 small screws and a very unstable floor support. Not even had them 2 weeks and the boys bed is broken. The girls bed has already started bending on that center I beam. This would be a great item if that middle beam was 1 piece and the support screws weren't so small. Spend the extra money and get something better. I'm out the cash for these and I still need beds for my kids. Absolute junk
