Walker Edison Wright Mid-Century Nightstand, Walnut

We purchased two of these nightstands and we are very happy with them. They match our headboard perfectly. A little tricky to put together but with two people laughing through process we had fun and not too many little parts left over :-)!

It's a good looking piece of furniture with pretty decent quality for the price. It's made of real wood instead of particle board which is extremely unusual for such inexpensive furniture. However, the drawer mechanism is a bit basic being just a slat of wood and some dowels to prevent the drawer from falling out, so it feels a bit crude when you are using the drawer.

Nightstands were relatively easy to put together, are solidly made and look nice. There are some rough wood edges that need to be sanded. Overall, a good purchase for the price.

Instructions for assembly were clear and the nightstand was not too difficult to construct. No missing pieces and assembly took approximately 1.5 hours. We were pleased with the product.

Looks decent, drawer bottom is flimsy and likely will not withstand a lot of weight. Good enough and will get the job done. Higher quality will cost more than I paid for this.

This met my expectations. The drawer is a little flimsy but works fine. The back of the open shelf doesn’t match the rest of the nightstand. I think I’m going to leave it open to the back instead.

One of the leg screws was bent so could not be screwed in all the way. One of the legs pre-drilled hole not large enough so required extra drilling. Bought two stands and both needed a shim to level. Overall like them but quality of preassebly parts should be better.

Looks cute but is made of cheap pine wood that splits easily. Very hard to assemble.

It is real wood. None of the holes are pre drilled so it cracks when screws are placed. The drawer does not slide nicely and impossible to open without two hands on the unit. I would not purchase again.
