Terrible Shipping Causing Damage to Part
The part was shipped without packaging protection, and the circular end piece was damaged because of the lack of packaging. I am very disappointed, as I had ordered a Walker Catalytic Converter from a different store, and it was shipped in a box and bubble wrap—no damage. I hoped this part would still work and not cause exhaust leaks due to the faulty seal. At this point after straightening out the end myself and installing the part, I now have a CAT code error and an exhaust leak. Will not order parts from Walmart again if this is how they package expensive part, to be just thrown around in transport. Including Picture from FEDEX when delivered, Wrapped in a thin layer of plastic. Second picture showing the bent edges of the Catalytic converter.
