great amplifier for us who's decibel level can't hear the hen turkey cluck.

Have had 2 pairs of these. Lost first pair, ordered second set. Have had current set for 5 years. I would not go into woods without them. They hear every crunch a walking deer makes. Hear life in the woods as never before.

I really like my new hearing device. voices are so much clearer now than they were. the device is everything I hoped for and more. thank you so very much Walmart

I have been using these for years now. I use it as a hearing aid. I have a hearing loss and this amplifies the sound perfectly for me. So much less expensive than going to a hearing aid store.

My dad is on the third one! maybe 4th....he has a tendency to lose things :/

My hearing loss was caused by wartime service back in the 60's, probably not the most common cause for most people, but it is what it is. It has become progressively worse over time, since then. Thought I'd try one of these, just to see if it would help. I'm hearing sounds that I had forgotten. I'm able to watch TV at normal volume again. Those things alone are worth far more to me than the $122 dollar cost of the device. It's not exactly like the picture, as it has normal earpieces, not the padded earpiece as shown. But, it does come with earplugs for the other ear, in case you are hunting and need one. The instructions could be better, but they are adequate. The carrying pouch is a nice bonus. I may upgrade this review to 5 stars if the device holds up well, it's just too early to know that yet.

Cheaply made and often makes whinny noises. Also difficult to hear in large rooms such as grocery stores. However, if you are poor and can't hear it will help with some conversations, TV and the radio.

the device came with original package opened from back side, it seems it has been used before. the sound tube was broken and didn't match the description. I brought the defective item to local Walmart customer service desk the next day instructed to do so via an email received from Walmart.com They didn't want to receive the item at the beginning and after arguments they did but never gave me a tracking number for me to prove that I brought the device to the store. The worst part is that neither parties (Walmart/Midway) have been helpful assisting me to get a timely refund . Be aware of third parties sellers return process. I have been charged $206 for a device that is not even on my hands and according to Walmart Customer service staff it could take months before I could see a refund.
