I have seen this product used by other people and I feel that it would really be helpful with the present use. Unfortunately, the person that I've bought this walker and these gliders for does not want it so I need to return it to the store for a refund nothing against anybody it's just they don't want the gift. Thanks very much. I'll be in touch.
