Insert are better than most other brands
We use these in our boots They do wear out fairly quickly but while they are fairly new work very well Biggest issue we had was with the staff who pulled the order Trying to return them to the Walmart store was embarrassing The wrong size was sent (qty of 2) They said I was trying to do a switch Can't take back the exact thing ordered if it was sent incorrectly in the first place

They are very stiff. I have flat feet. These wouldn't have worked. To much arch

I used these insoles 15 years ago when I had plantar flatious and they were great. When the plantar flatious returned at the end of last year, I thought I'd try them again. This time around they were horrible. I don't remember the plastic being so hard and there was no give to them. They were so uncomfortable that I had to return them.

I got the wrong size because of the description online. Didn't see 10-10.5 thought the no size was correct. I received 7-7.5.
