Got the r3 for my husband in his office so he could increase his cardio. He uses it mainly for walking but he is 6 foot 3 inches and 250 pounds so needed something solidly built. At 72 he has some mild balance issues but the arms/handrails on the side give him a bit of security and stability. I have an r2 (got it 2 years ago) for myself in the family room that I use everyday for 1-2 hours mix of running and walking. I am 61, 5'6” 130 lbs and routinely run at least 45-50 minutes daily 5-6 mph with 1-2 min sprints at max of 7.5. I am very happy with the KS products and anticipate upgrading my own walkingpad/treadmill to either the x218 or possibly the FC216 (when it comes out) as I want to be able to go even faster on sprints.
Received on time. The Walking pad as described. Nice, solid, sturdy reliable. Easy to operate. Good workouts. Low noise level. We hope it will continue to be as such. Thank you
It is super easy to set up and use. The kingsmith app is easy and I have had no issues with it. Also easy to set up the Apple Watch to track heart rate and calories. In the few weeks I have had it, I have already added 7.5 miles of walking activity instead of being sedentary.
I've had this machine about 2 weeks and I love it so far. It's been great to have this in the house so be able to get my 10000 steps in daily without going into the extreme heat!
Best foldable walking pad/treadmill with handles! I feel safe walking with the handles upright. Easy to set up and fold up. It is heavy but the handles and wheels make it easy to maneuver and put away. It folds and stores upright (or you can lay it flat) so it's easy to store away anywhere in your home.
Great walking pad! It folds compactly and it's easy to maneuver. Walking space is ample and movable arms are a plus.
I set this up in front of the TV and use it when watching TV/movies instead of sitting on the couch. Went 9 miles watching a couple movies recently. Works great!
Works great!! Been a month now and we use it daily.
I am enjoying my WalkingPad especially now I am restricted to walking after my surgery at the moment. Looking forward to be able to run on my walkingPad in the future. I haven't tried this yet but I hope we are able to connect to another app than the KS. I already have too many fitness apps. For now, I am truly enjoying my WalkingPad and love that I can store it under my bed.
I've purchased other treadmills before but this hybrid walking pad is the greatest ever. It performs as advertised. Well built, extremely quiet. When delivered some assembly required but so easy. I would definitely recommend if you're thinking of buying, this is the machine to buy
