Freshness Guaranteed Walmart Deli Fried Chicken, Refrigerated, 8 Piece

Could not even eat it. It was mostly burnt rock hard batter. The chicken itself must have been killed with a nine iron. The bones were broken and the meat was brown. I'm sure I just bought it at the wrong time, but whoever put it in the tray and delivered it to me like that should be ashamed of themselves. This is the first bad review I have written.

The chicken was cold, hard, and burnt. I've never gotten chicken like this before at the deli. The cook needs to go back to cooking school. The delivery man made 3 stops before he dropped my order off, that is uncalled for to let my food sit in their vehicle for an hour. Bad for business Walmart. I know I won't ever order anything from the deli again.

I've purchased this a few times and each time it disappoints me %26 my family. It taste extremely burnt and greasy. Disappointed to the max ! Please do better!!!!!

Pitiful, broken bones, dried out meat with excessive feathers %26 quills. only able to salvage 3 pieces and they had broken bones... please do better.

This was the most disgusting chicken I have ever eaten. It was hard, boney ( including the breast) only one leg included, two unrecognizable pieces. Difficult to chew. I will never order this item again.

This product was made at, 9:50a, and my delivery was done at 2:41p. instead of hot, fresh chicken, like I thought i was paying for, i got hours old, cold, hard, over fried and dry chicken. Needless to say, i wont be purchasing this waste of money for my delivery anymore. it just needs to be taken off as an option altogether if it wint be fresh for an order placed at 8/9ish in the morning, for an afternoon order. No thank you!

I don’t know why Walmart just cannot figure out fried chicken. I don’t know who’s doing the quality check at the end, but the first time I ordered it it was black. I mean it was so burned that I could not eat it. I’m really shocked they let it go out the door. This time it was only kind of charred, but it was also so dry that I only got a few bites of chicken out of the four pieces that I attempted to eat. So I’m left with all this breading and bones and half of the dried out meat on the plate that I can’t eat. So disappointing. Maybe you guys should get somebody else on the fryer?

The fried chicken was packed in a rotisserie chicken bag, not the usual plastic tray with ventilation. By the time I got it home, it had soggy spots all over from the condensation inside the plastic bag. Yuck! Fried chicken should have a crunchy coating. This is the 2nd week in a row this has happened. If the ventilated trays are not available, at least pack it in paper bags, not the plastic bags that make it soggy!

To be honest here, I should have read the reviews before ordering this chicken but have bought rotisserie in the store before and it was excellent. It looked so good and juicy in the ad...But... the fried chicken delivered to me yesterday was the absolute worst I have ever heard put in my mouth in my 73 years of life. It was so overcooked and dry as to be inedible . I threw it all in the trash and wrote it off as a learning experience that I hope to never repeat.

Terrible ! We are done w yalls fried chicken, it is always burned and taste too oily! Not ordering ever again
