Installation is easy if you're at all handy with tools. You get good value for price. I used for first time yesterday so I'm not an expert but seems to be working fine

It looks nice but I ordered the wrong length.

Fits a window opening: 21-7/8" min. to 36" max. width & min. height 13-3/8". Plug type: 115V. It comes with an EZ Mount installation kit & user guide. Has two mechanical knobs that control the cooling modes: min to max (1-10) control. Off—low fan, low cool—high fan, high cool control. Easy-to-clean, removable, washable filter. This unit cools a small room fairly quickly. Noise is normal, not loud. Perfect for a bedroom or small apartment. Where I live it's a must to have an air conditioner. On an average year we have 30-45 spread-out summer days over 100°F. The heat of 90°F days is just as bad. Would definitely recommend to keep cool.
