Walmart Family Mobile Motorola moto g 2025, 5G, 128GB, Gray - Prepaid Smartphone [Locked to Walmart Family Mobile]

Got this to upgrade an old phone. So, the phone is pretty fast. It was super easy to link the phone to Google and transfer all the photos on Google photos, and the apps. It probably took maybe 15 minutes or so. However, anything not backed up to Google drive, like text messages, or photos saved to the old phones SD card didn't transfer., and I have to figure out some way of transferring all the data without having to pay for more storage on Google drive. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up the phone, and you have to have a Google account and an Internet connection to set it up at all. This phone has 128G of storage, but about 20 is taken up with pre installed stuff, a bunch of which you can't delete. There's also a bunch of pre installed bloatware, and they install games and whatnot without asking you first. The phone is pretty slim and light. However, it doesn't work with any previous phone cases. The buttons don't line up and the camera gets covered. The phone itself works pretty well so far. The apps load fast and there's plenty of space, even with the bloatware and pre installed stuff. The camera takes pretty good photos, and, so far, the phone has been on for about 48 hours and still has about 40 percent battery, although it hasn't been used much. The phone also takes good video. So far, I'm pretty pleased with the quality of the phone, for the price.

Motorola makes a good phone. This is one of the good phones. the camera is good it's easy to use and set up was a breeze. it came with the SIM card already installed.

love this phone for $59 has 128gb internal memory and can add up to 1 tb via SD card there is not much to dislike , the processer could be a little faster but it's plenty fast enough if you don't play games that require a super fast chip the chop feature to turn on the flashlight is one reason I love Motorola phones absolutely recommend this phone

had this phone the longest cant believe it was on black friday for $60! i bought 3 as Christmas gifts 🎁

I think it's a great choice for an inexpensive phone. The only issue I have is while doing certain things (it happened while writing this review) the screen closes but you can get it right back. It happens a lot while paying for things. It is really annoying. Other than that issue, it's a great phone. I wish I knew how to fix it

First impression, I love the phone. I don't like the placement of the camera though. Before I got my case, I was consistently worried about sitting the phone down an scratching the lens on it. But I got a case with a slide cover for it. It helps, but the slide gets in the way. It has a big screen and is clear and transitions well. It is great for the price I spent. The speaker sound is can get loud which is good. However, a definite bad about this phone is it keeps doing software updates!!! I've had this phone a little over a week, and it's done 8 software updates. I literally have the 9th waiting on here right now. So far it hasn't totally destroyed the phone or taken the space as some of them do. I know how to turn off updates but a few of them said it would auto restart and I didn't have a choice. I've restarted so far because there has been no effects. But it is very annoying. I'm starting to wonder if it's going to continue doing it. Other than that, it's been a great phone. As far as recommendations, it is up to you as to whether you get the phone. I'm not sure how the updates will affect the phone yet or if it's set up to do it in all the models. But as of now, it's a nice phone so I hope the updates don't make any changes.

I Accidentally Ordered The Motorola G I Was Looking Forward To The G Stylus . I Like This Phone , Easy To Customize, Camera Is Great ! 10/10

Like the phone. However. only came with charging cable and no plug in for port. Have to order one. Luckily, I had 1 that fit.

It is a lie or the delivery people were sketch. One or the other. I ordered it for next day delivery and was told by 529 pm. I tracked the order and it kept going all over the map with long stop periods, back and forth. I did not get it until almost 11 pm. SECONDLY, I was in a chat with WFM for TWO hours (because I was unable to activate on the site as it says you can plainly and easily do with the little red paper that comes with it) to activate it for an existing account with WFM. the first person just disappeared after 45 mins and asking me a question. I answered with a question got no esponse, and 15 minutes later the second person pops on and makes me go through everything again for them BOTH to tell me IT IS NOT A WALMART FAMILY MOBILE PHONE and the only way I could use it was as a bring your own phone and to BUY another sim card to do so. A similar thing happened in another state a year prior with a WFM phone I picked up at Walmart after ordering online. I will no longer use Walmart or Walmart Family Mobile for phones ever again.

This phone has pre installed apps like glance and the daily it is horrible I do not recommend buying it
