I'm impressed with the simplicity of the phone and how inexpensive the plans are. The quality is the same as anyone either android phone but at a fraction of the price! This phone is fast and stable with a powerful battery

I was hesitant to get this phone since I've almost always had a Galaxy. However once I got it I fell in love with it. I'm a die hard Moto fan now! The pictures are great (of course not as good as high end phones and camaras) better than my last galaxy. The sound is good and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Since I don't post videos or anything else online I can't say how good that would be. But if you just want a good phone that has good sound and makes great photo's around the house or on vacation, consider this phone! NOT a paid reviewer!

I love Motorola smart gestures. The karate chop flashlight comes in handy. I usually don't spend much more than $100 on a phone but I'm chalking the $169 price tag to inflation. I like the camera too. So far the pictures are the best from all the Family Mobile phones I've purchased through the years.

Likes: Good deal, no expensive. Good quality sound and camera for somebody that just needs a new phone and can't afford an expensive one. This one does the job really well. Works perfectly, and it is compatible with Walmart Family Mobile, Verizon.

Supports Android 16, runs games like Pokemon Go very smoothly and has a decent camera. Recommend buying a case for it as the base model form factor feels, slightly off.

I really like how the phone feels. especially like the texture on the back of the phone and the screen seems so bright and big

I really like the phone It's a good size, it was easy to set up there are some things I don't like about it. there's a lot of apps that are on the phone that I don't even use or know what they are and I don't know if I could delete them and they take up a lot of space that I would like to use for other things. So I wish I knew more about getting rid of these apps that I don't need. also I wish that the camera is better on some of these phones I love to take photos and I wish I had better camera.

Defective! Tried to return within the return window. They only allow in store returns even though I ordered online. The store refused to accept the return. I tried to speak to someone via chat and was lied to, told I would get a refund. when I didn't I reached out again I was told it would be escalated, I then received an email from Gabby stating I'm outside the return window and could not return. When I tried to reach out again I was placed on hold and disconnected. Told I couldt do chat when I called the customer service number I got an ai robot that wouldn't transfer me to a person

phone started stalking within a week of owning it and started shutting down on its own. I've been a Motorola user for years this pretty much ended my relationship with their products
