Walmart Seafood Ocean Perch Fillets, 16 oz

They were GREAT! I'll never understand how people think that fish has no bones! LOL

This fish was purchased for a adult get together- even though the bag said bones - there were so many bones , that we had to trash the fish and serve our guests frozen pizza - disappointed is an understatement- this product isn't safe to be fed to anyone !! Choking to death would ruin a good dinner party .

This fish was frustrating. I have been a fan and purchased the Salmon fillets and steaks, Cod and the Tilapia. I thought I would try something different for dinner. Utterly disappointing. All the other fish came deboned and did not even think twice. After cooking for my family and spending quite a bit on the sauce ingredients, my husband alerted me that there was a bone-in fish. I shrugged it off and thought it was just one incident. After I found five bones in the small fillet, my daughter found 8 in her piece, and my husband just said no more and threw his fish away. My dinner ended up being a disaster and a waste of money. No one has the patience to sit through their meal sifting out bones, let alone serving young children. Either stop selling it, remove the bones or at least put a warning label on the front of the bag large enough, so people know. Your website is the only place where Walmart mentions that it may contain bones. Nowhere on the packaging does it say it contains bones. If I had known it, I would have left it on the shelf in the freezer section. Do better!

It has a good taste but very,very small bones must be picked out. If y do not have the patience to do this do not purchase. I would not feed to a child under 14.
