This Patio umbrella is great the double covers's my whole outside furniture. And it was delivered on time. Great buy.

It arrived earlier than expected. Assembly was very quick and easy. The sand weight is necessary to keep level. I am pleased with this purchase. I will enjoy this umbrella all spring and summer.

I loved it the umbrella was good but it leaked the base was flimsy and the screws was open and missing kind of looked like a return item

I already have one of these from a different seller. So I thought I’d get a second one from the seller, but I wish I would have never used a seller. I opened my package today right when it arrived and the pools were snapped in half and cracked in multiple places. Before I even got the umbrella out of the plastic, I noticed most of the tools were missing, which let me know that this is probably a return. The fabric was ripped and shredded in multiple places. Would not purchase from Themis seller !

Walmart Customer Service would not perform a return of this product even though I purchased it on Walmart.com and paid Walmart for this product. The Walmart customer associate printed out the company name, phone number and website address to complete this return online. After following this process step by step, this company replied that ALL returns need to go through Walmart Customer Service. This was a complete run around with zero CUSTOMER SERVICE offered. My return was never processed, and I am at a total loss for this product and this company. I will not be purchasing anything else on Walmart.com.
