The box it came in was smaller and compact which was great instead of having a huge awkward box, the installation was really simple and donde in around 30-45 min. It comes vacuum sealed and it expanded rather quickly, and it is pretty comfortable 👌🏻

This couch was so easy to put together. It looks so good in my space. It is comfortable and long enough to lay down on. I just love it 😀

Obviously it's from Walmart so it's not gonna be the best there we're pieces of wood broken inside the side parts but it's good enough for if you just live by yourself

The coushions were vacuum sealed so you have to wait for them to expand fully. Also not black at all it's 100% grey, I was expecting to be the same as bar stools I brought from the same brand.

it is a nice sofa,but the back is made kinda cheap,i dont like that about it, ut for your money can't really complain,its definitely worth what i paid and have not regrets,so if you need something cheap to vet you by alittle while this fit your bill

the couch is not a solid black. not of an ash grey.

The pillows do not stay in place

If don't buy this sofa frm Walmart app I did buy but when I got there is 2 part missing I went to Walmart n ask them help me wht I do but they say just call customer service I did then also I never call back or refund or exchange so bad service

I filed a return two hours after I received the item. I was told the seller would contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me during this time, so I filled out another return and waited another 48 hours, still no reply. Here I am ANOTHER 48 hours plus and I filled out a 3rd return with no answer. This customer service is not what anyone should have to endure. Please will someone answer me, 79 inch sofa with ottoman stuffed into a tiny 35 inch by 20 inch by 30 box!

The couch described and in the images is not the couch you receive, the couch in the photographs and description is no longer available and if you order this you will receive a non chaise lounge couch with an unattachable ottoman, which is not what I ordered and when questioned the Walsunny company tells me that they cannot simply send me the cushion I didn't receive because they no longer have them, despite the product I purchased claiming it came with a chaise lounge cushion, that is a lie. This is false advertising!!!!!
