i ordered this from Walmart and it was delivered 4 days early and the assembly service can't find anyone to come put it together. so it sits on my porch in the boxes getting ruined in the weather. did i mention I'm on disability and CAN'T assemble it. the only reason i bought it thru Walmart was because they offered a good price on the item and it OFFERED ASSEMBLY!!! which i paid for. very upsetting that you guys won't send someone else. very upsetting and disappointing.

Assembly people made and left a mess p part of the sofa is not even connected to another part that goes off by itself. I think it would be better if I could have the whole thing together and really see what it feels like when I sit on it and lay on it, but I have no way to contact the people that put it together.

it's not very padded, can feel the divided parts even with a mattress pad. would not have paid the 200 for this quality. i like the set up but it's just hard to sit on let alone sleep

Super cute, but much smaller than I expected and not very comfortable. I barely fit and I'm only 5'3”

Hard seats and cushions. The pull out gets stuck putting it away doesn't glide the way it should. Very disappointed.

This couch is cheap for a reason. Set up is quick and it’s a cute small couch. The pull out feature doesn’t work correctly and it came broken in some way I can’t figure out. It’s a cute couch for a small space, I wish it worked as a pull out like it’s advertised.

The whole couch is missing and only one box arrived , no one seems to understand at customer device that it should be 2 boxes even photo shows a deliver of one box and nothing else complete disappointment , never ordering from Walmart again it so disappointing contacting my C/c to dispute this mess

One of the arm rests would not connect with the couch. I reached out to the seller, they did respond to my email. They asked me to send a picture, and that's what I did, but no one responded to my second email. Now I'm stuck with a couch with one arm rests attached to it. TERRIBLE!!!! I'm not unhappy with the item, but the seller could have done a better job with communication.
