Waltons: Season 5 (DVD)

For sure a good choice when looking for wholesome family entertainment that the whole family can share together and will enjoy.

Just as I remember, quality TV. Nothing today compares to shows like this from my youth. I am proud to share this with kids and grandkids, unlike the current TV options these days that are usually embarrassing to watch with famiy or anyone for that matter.

It gives you some understanding of the early 1940's also gives you some direction in the family relationships. some of the things that we need to get too today.hard times,we all have them, but how do we handle them.

I have loved this show since it first came out so I was delighted when it came out on DVD. This is season five so obviously I have the previous four. Great price and I watch these over and over. For anyone that loves the show I highly reccomend these. Thanks

The Waltons was a great TV show. We now have the first five seasons and my family loves to watch'em over anything else. Season Five has added more hours onto the veiwing time and has not failed to meet our expexctations. Kinda sad though, for this is the last season for Richard Thomas as John-Boy Walton. All in all, another good buy from Walmart.com.

If you love the Waltons then you will want to see the continued series. The stories are always touching and endearing. Season 5 has some wonderful story lines.

I watched them as a kid and now up to season 5. So far real good season. IMO best season so far.

Although by no means am I a Waltons fan, but my wife and middle daughter are. So I have over a period of 3-4 months, purchased entire Waltons series for my wife for Christmas. I am sure she will enjoy it and at separate purchases of each season, Wal-mart has saved me over $100.00 off the entire boxed set.

Yeah, this experience met my expectations, of terribleness. What a waste of time, poor sound track, poor set design, lack of character depth. I really could't get my head around how they managed to produce this pile of rubbish, I would suggest you save your money for something else.
