Wan Ja Shan Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, 33.8 Fl oz

A surprisingly wonderful find! Works well in recipes calling for oyster sauce. I love that it's mushroom based and taste like the real thing. Good consistency and easy to pour, unlike traditional sauce.

Fast delivery, well packaged, I like the taste of mushroom with sesame oil %26 soy sauce in broccoli slaw %26/or regular slaw for Stir Fried Shrimp or Shrimp Lo Mein. Easy to use %26 Tasty to eat! YUM Yum Yum Yum Yum😋!

This was love at first bite!! It is full of Asian flavors and made my eggrolls fabulous....also used it for my shrimp fried rice, and stir fries. Will recommend this to anyone who loves Asian food. It makes all dishes really incredible!! I feel it can also take the place of Hoisin Sauce, in a thinner way: as Hoisin sauce is really a thick paste. However, try this. It is now a staple in my home, as I am addicted to Chinese food!!

This sauce seems rather versatile, not just as an oyster sauce replacement but I may start using this instead of some various other types of Asian sauces. This is also great for anyone who has shellfish allergies because there is no fish or shellfish content! However, it's not good news for anyone who is allergic to mushrooms (!!) because they use shiitake mushrooms to replace the oyster flavor. Delicious!

Bottle was a lot bigger than expected 😂. As someone with shellfish allergies this is a great alternative without compromising on taste.

versatile, can be used in many dishes, such as poke, stir fry, and soups. Like woody flavor. Do not need use much to have flavor in dish. Difficult to pour out of bottle. Only negative.

This has a wonderful flavor. I am on my second bottle. The price for the amount you get is very reasonable.
