Machine looks good and run well, the box had couples of damage but machine was intact since well protected by the internal packaging material. It use R32 gas that means that if there is a leak or you need to add you need a EPA license to buy the gas.
communication good when i had problems of missing parts they reveal there was two tracking numbers while walmart.com said it was delivered. in the end I got everything.
works great
for heating and cooling, it works great. I had to have someone fill it with coolant for an extra fee, but it does it's job. on the down side, it leaks terribly inside due to condensation even though I had it professionally installed and checked
haven't gotten to try it yet waiting on the building to get finished but delivery was good
item arrived dented in severl places contacted company as soon as I pulled out of box , a week later and still have not gotten issues resolved I have emailed them multiple times with no response they asked for images of damaged item I have sent pictures on 4 different occasions and still no response do not recommend it you want fast response customer service is terrible I have a dented mini split in the middle of my living room floor in limbo for over a week still in limbo on what to do
Unit professionally installed. Worked one day and coded. Code isn't included on their trouble shooting guide. Paying again to have unit trouble shot. No customer service at all. A complete waste of money. I recommend using Home Depot as they are concerned with quality. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
