This freezer works well and quickly. Within a few hours after filling it, our food was thoroughly frozen from room temperature. We turned the power to half and it maintains the temperature perfectly and uses very little energy. This little freeezer has made a world of difference in our ability to store a large amount of food. Definitely recommend it

Original price $259 I purchased on sale for $159. I don't think the quality is worth the price even on sale. Upon arrival the box was in reasonably good condition with only few dents. The product is very lightweight and can easily be picked up. The internal capacity was a little smaller than expected but measurements fit the space I needed. There were small dents, scratches and the laminate was bubbling up in several areas along with small plastic piece by the power cord broken. I only bought it since it was on sale and hoping it at least works to provide a little extra freezer storage space. Over all seems cheaply made. I had a small name brand freezer that lasted over a decade and multiple moves. It was a beast. I'd recommend investing a little more money for better quality product.

Item was never received. They went to the wrong building and the wrong apartment can I rate something that was not received. No, there was no refund was given back either. They kept saying that it was received when I sent pictures showing now that my apartment door is blue not Brown . We'll never buy from this company again.

there's no way to control the defrost so food is being defrosted and refrozen melting ice and meats not recommended
