Worth the Purchase
3 1/2 weeks ago my mom purchased a freezer from Amazon. No why would she do such a thing..??? You buy nick nacks and small gadgets from there not freezer. Needless to say, it didn't work. So I immediately pull up my Walmart app and found a bigger freezer for the same price, Snatch..!! Moral of the story, never buy appliances from Amazon.

High Hopes
It arrived with dents. Couldn't contact the seller. Thankfully I had insurance on it when purchased... i will say that it did it's job, but the dents ruined the experience

Dent in freezer when arrived and I opened it!!
I was very dissatisfied when I received my freezer. It came thru with a dent on the corner. I paid a lot for it because I wanted black to match my kitchen. It was at least $100 more expensive!

The back of this freezer is scratched up inside the box. The box was not damaged. Someone took a black magic marker and tried to cover the scratch. I have pictures.

Freezer with a hole!!!!
The freezer arrived with a hole in the front wall. Sounds dangerous to me. Had to return this, which was a pain in the neck.
