the fridge arrived with front door separated via indentation perhaps corner of a dollie's caught on it. we plugged it in and it holds temperature but sweats. it was a Friday night so we called online support and reported it sending in pictures. the company offered a generous refund to us through Walmart (as this happened with an area store with full size deli very) they always offer money back and you keep product. so the company acted with honor and refunded more than half the cost it keeps temps cool enough for meds, not milk.

The refrigerator came with dents in both the doors and the package was upside down when it was delivered on my porch I would like my shipping handling back, please

Love the product front of freezer door was dented in shipping. Other than that it is great do wish the freezer had a separate temperature setting. Fridge and freezer temp control is on one switch

It's not a bad refrigerator, but when I got it delivered, I had to unscrew the doors and re-screw them in because they came offset which means they were having a hard time opening and closing, but other than that, it's been a good refrigerator.

Delivery was awful. The product was damaged with dents and the outside hinge smashed but still functional thankfully. The delivery drivers placed them on their side on the porch. It is well known that fridges should be kept upright not laid down.

Well, my order first wasn't in shape; there was damage in the back, a big hole, and I took the fridge out of the box. I found 2 dents in the front top freezer, which look like sharp cuts, and the bottom door has 2 dents in the front fridge door and 1 dent in the back Some dents you can see on the trim.

The unit seems to cool and freeze ok so far. Item was deliver by an orange and purple lettered truck that just laid it on its side in my yard even though the box was marked this side up. (Should have been upright). Unit had several dents and scratches and by the time it arrived I didn't have time to return it for another one. Very disappointed. I wanted to attach pictures, but being black in color it's hard to get the right angle to show the dents and scratches.

1. I did not receive the advertised (%26 pictured) number of adjustable shelves - one is missing. 2. The freezer door does not fit properly; it shuts and seals, but drags against the frame and unlike the lower door, must be pushed unexpectedly hard to close - so, poor quality control. 3. The unit is of very light construction for its size and moves easily - also tips easily. 4. So far, it is working as advertised. 3. Shipping is very prompt, because product is shipped by air from China. But, If buyer is dissatisfied, it is not returnable to a Walmart store, so any returns are at the buyer 's expense.

i was very disappointed with the product and the service. First of all my product was delivered to the wrong house. The picture that the drive took of leaving the product was not my house. i called Walmart to inform them of this and they told me i had to go get the package myself. Now mind you this is a Refrigerator. After talking to the lady axlong time trying to get her to contact the Driver that left the package, She refused. So i had to get someone to help me get it from the house. No one was at the house at the time. Cameras were everywhere out side this house. i felt like i was stealing my own package.. I opened the box and it was a used Refrigerator with a faded black top and 4 or more large dents on it. I called the lady from Walmart back to get them to pick the Refrigerator back up they refused and told me that i had to put it back in the box and have it returned myself. im a senior citzen i cant get this back to Walmart. So im now stuck with a faded black Refrigerator full of dents. Never again will i order anything from Wal-Mart. SMH

I didn't like that it was shipped to me in damaged condition.There wasn't a even a scratch on outside of packing or cardboard but the inside refrigerator was heavily damaged ,dings and dents.
