must have for recovery!
Great for recovering from surgery! Helps with not having to use so much of your stomach muscles to get up out of bed. Now that I'm a few weeks into recovery I've been using the little pillow on the side when I sleep just to make sure I'm not rolling over.

Great pillow set!
I tend to have sinus pressure when I lie flat. I am very pleased with the wedge and the small pillow. My husband used it one night and now he wants a set.

Wedge pillow has helped alot with sinus and cough issues while sleeping. Not nearly as congested and less coughing.
