I bought this to use while I sleep in bed due to back and knee pain. It's so comfy that I also use it while sitting in my recliner. Love the pockets on the sides to hold my phone or remote. Would definitely recommend for people with back and knee pain!

Perfect angles
I just had back surgery this pillow has the perfect angles for while I'm laying on my back in bed it's a great value it's really soft and comfortable breathes really well keeping my legs nice and cool

Elevated knees can relieve lower back pain
The size is just right to elevate the knees and it relieves my lower back pain. The cover is removable for easy laundering.

It's a nice blend of sturdy and squishy, but the angle wasn't helpful for me and the cover isn't washable so I'll be returning it.
