It is a sleek and easy to use gadget but I do wish it was easier to detect which mode the muscle relaxer is on. The vibration is pretty good but I wish there were two more higher speeds. It works where ever you want to use it. Wink wink. And it's actually great for tense shoulders and neck area. lol. It was there I had to give it a try. I do love that the gadget is waterproof

So it isn't terrible by any means. I must've just received a faulty one. The silicone on it seems to be off-center. Meaning in order for me to turn it on and click the buttons, I have to push at an angle in order for the buttons to click. As well as the charger has to go in at an angle. I'm afraid I'm gonna break it. I enjoy this massager otherwise.

I was is very disappointed with this product. It arrived safely. Box was in good shape. What I was disappointed in when I went to charge the the vibrator. The pin you used to connect the charging cord it broke off in the connecting hole. There was no way to get it out of the vibrato. With the pin stuck in the connecting part, I was unable to charge the vibrator or remove the pin from the vibrator. The vibrator was unable to be charged and used.

I gave this 3 stars because, while the vibrations are pleasant, they just aren't strong enough to take me awayyyyy. I think that's because the fully charged battery is not strong enough, even after being charged according to the manufacturer's directions.

Battery life is awful. There's nothing worse than your you dying mid-masterbation. It worked under water for a while, then quit. I sat it outside the hot tub and after about 30 minutes, it came back on. it's not super powerful, but it's cheap enough.

its not very flexible and too solid on the very end, so when you try to massage with it, it honestly hurts and isnt very relaxing no matter what setting you place it on. plus when attempting to charge it the cord shocked me.

Item arrived around 3PM US Mail/ I put it on to charge with the USB charging cord for several hours. When I tried to test it, it did not work or start at all. It has a no refund policy on it for health reasons, but I did talk to an online agent, and they refunded my purchase price for a defective item. Can't recommend it and now I see a rating of 3 stars from other reviews, so it really is buyer beware.

I use the product for health reasons to combat Restless Leg Syndrome. But, when the product arrived it was not functional. I tried returning it to the store as instructed but, the store refused it. Do, I was then instructed to mail it in however, I did not receive the Return information. Walmart has now gown me the information needed. So, after two months and many calls, I am still awaiting my refund.

Item did not keep a charge what so ever. At first I thought I didn't charge it enough. Yet, I wouldn't know as it didn't have a light to indicate charging was complete. I did try charging it most of the day, but still no good. Definitely wasn't going to relax any muscles with it for sure.
