No, this product isn't sour, which was very disappointing. I still remember when Warheads used to be so sour you did make the face that is their iconic symbol. Back in the day, when you wanted something sour, you could always trust Warheads to deliver, which is why I grabbed them seeing the logo. Imagine my suprise and displeaser when I didn't get that sour taste, but a miled, bland sweetness. Ever notice how, when you're craving sour, all sweet things taste bland? That's the experience I was having. It just tasted... off... unfulfilled expectations leading to disappointment. On the other hand, they aren't overly sweet either, so thats a plus. the texture and... chewiness is what is expected of the rope candies. I just recommend the regular rope candies over these candies.
