WARIOUT Folding Weight Bench, 880LB Capacity Workout Bench for Home Gym Strength Training

This is an excellent workout bench. Super quick and easy to assemble. My husband and I like to use for bench dips, dumbell exercises, and stability during leg exercises. I am petite so I could do crunches and sit ups on the bench which I sort of like. My husband is much taller than me with a average build and I think it may not be as comfortable for crunches/sit ups for him. I don't think this bench is practical for barbell press type exercises. I like that it is compact and I can use it for our small indoor workout area at home. It is very sturdy, well made, and light weight to easily move. I wish it folded down, but it is a great bench to suit our needs. This bench is more sturdy than our adjustable incline bench, which wobbles a little. I would recommend!

Very sturdy bench . I weigh 182 and this bench has never wobbled . It took about maybe 5 minutes to assemble tool supplied except Phillips screwdriver. Bought this when I broke my leg and ankle with a light weight set to do at home till I can return to the gym . Not disappointed.

This came complete in box and I put it together in 10 minutes or less. It comes with everything you need for assembly except a phillips screwdriver and the picture tells it all. It is 42 inches long by 19 inches tall with a 2 inch thick pad on top that in 12 inches at it's widest point. The pad feels nicely cushioned. Of course these are designed for weight lifting, but you can also use it for sit ups, stretches, leg exercises with rubber bands or robes, etc. They are great for anyone who enjoys workouts or anyone who need physical therpy at home. It makes your workout go a lot easier.

The bench is covered in a nice pleather that's easy to wipe clean and works great for my leg workout. I still have to get a bar for strength training. I have no complaints on this one just that if your looking for a reasonable bench then this may be the one for you

Athletic Works Flat Weight Bench is a perfect addition for your work out. It is very well made and comes with an instruction book on how to assemble your bench. It is pretty quick and easy assembly and looks great once put together. It's great to use for your workout. You won't be disappointed with the Athletic Works flat training bench.

Another great product from Athletic Works. It's a nice size and holds over 300 lb. This is Handy for even General weightlifting or bench pressing at home. It doesn't take up a lot of space but is a nice size for an extra room. I highly recommend the Athletic Works weights to go along. This would be a great gift for Christmas for somebody starting a New Year's resolution. I love that it's black with the metal legs. It's easy to put together and only took about a half an hour. The vinyl is a nice heavy Fabric and I'm sure it will last a long time

My husband is working in another state right now and was missing his workout equipment at home! He did take his Bowflex adjustable dumbbells with him but was lost without his weight bench. There's a local Walmart near to where he's working now so I went online and found this workout bench which was perfect for what he was using it for! I know the marble top coffee table is grateful for the purchase! The workout bench was an amazing price, easy to put together, really light to move and the perfect missing piece to my husband's workout routine! It says it holds up to 500lbs (individual and weights combined). So far so good! Would recommend to a family member, friend and colleague!

I enjoy my flat bench because it doesn't take too much space in the bedroom and living room. It's really light to lift and carry. And it's really easy to assemble. Besides using it to do my dumbbell presses. I also enjoy using it to do my different types of stomach crunches. Especially “reverse” stomach crunches, which are my favorite. I highly recommend this weight bench.

This athletic bench is sturdy. Assembly is required but it doesn't take very long to put together. The bench has a padded cushion which makes it comfortable to get more exercises done. I have trouble getting on the floor and this bench makes it easier for me to target different muscles groups and get more exercises in.
