This is a set of mini games, and fully utilizes the Wii controller to the extent of its abilities. It has you hold the remote in different ways and is somehow able to determine whether you're holding it right or not. If you don't, then it's much more unlikely you'll complete the mini-game in time. :) This is a great game, and is highly recommended.
A wacky, wacky game. Great for parties. Funny, cool music and great, great mini games. It's going to make you laugh and laugh with very funny and insane moves and antics. Playing it will increase your physical activity as well as even improve your mood! The variety of the mini games is just astounding. It's clearly one of the best games you'll ever own. Worth every penny you paid for and even more.
I got this game yesterday!! I played it all day long, minigames were awesome, some were hysterical (my fav has got to be the extreme patty cake!! LOL I cannot tell you how many times I played just that one!! it doesn't take long to beat it at all, but the mini-games are sooo much fun to play over and over again that it makes up for the length of the actual game. Pose cards were kinda akward though lol!!:)
I purchased this game as part of a bundle for christmas. This game is very very fun. We are not "gammers" so I love that it is easy to play and we are and will comtinue to enjoy this one.
At first I was unsure of this game but the more I play it the more I think it is a good game. Get ready to use a remote like you have never used one before.
I love this game! This game helps develop your moves and holds with the remote. Great fun too! If your looking for a clean family game this is great. Only one complaint...only one player at a time. Other than that it's one of my top picks!
I want to start out by stating, i am a HUGE WarioWare fan. I have the two Gameboy Advanced games, the DS one, and now the Wii. While Smooth Moves is not my favorite in the line of WarioWare games, it is a great game in and of itself.// The main story mode is pretty easy, you should be able to beat it in about 5 hours or so. The fun comes, as it does in every WarioWare game, in trying to get all the mini-games.//After beating the intial part of this game, you do get to use the Nunchuk controller for a new set of mini-games, which is pretty cool. The different forms to put the Wiimote into to play the mini-games are each unique and have a funny type of story with them.// Multi-player could have been better, but most of them can be done using only one Wiimote, which is good if you never bought an extra one. All and all, it is a good game and i would recommend it to any fan of the WarioWare games.
This was the second Wii game I ever bought. I think the appeal of a WarioWare game on a Wii gave me high expectations. I think the game ultimately met those expectations, but the reason it did not get the 5th star is because it only uses a single remote. The gameplay is funny, but manic. It's like playing hot potato on a Wii. The minigames are entertaining but some lose its quirky appeal very quickly. The multiplayer games are so-so-- I still think the best multi-player games on the Wii are Raving Rabbits and Wii Sports.
One of the things that wasn't so great is that you can beat it in a day. The micro games are fun. Their way of using the Wii controls were creative. But they kinda wasted time putting "poses" in. After you beat a boss stage, they give you a pose to do. Pesonally, I don't do them unless my sister wants me to. When you beat the game, you unlock multi-player to it so your friends can play too! But you have to share the same controller.
After reading reviews I couldn't wait to get this game. I have played it a few times with my 8 yr old. He doesn't play it all any longer. The game is ok, wasn't that impressed.
