These thermal socks are great for cold days. They're soft, thick, and keep my feet warm without feeling too bulky. I've worn them around the house and with boots, and they stay in place without sliding down. They also wash well and haven't lost their softness. These socks are soft and so warm. I'm so glad I found them. If you're in a very cold area, buy these! They make a huge difference. I do wish lint didn't stick to them so much out of the dryer, but they are wool, so it's pretty normal. Again, very warm and cushy. Great quality and no shrinkage.

These socks not only keep your feet extremely warm, but they keep your feet dry unlike other socks I've tried. Their thickness adds a layer of cushioning to your step also.

The husband works in a diesel shop so it's always cold in wintertime. Then add in the fact that he's always freezing I decided to get these for him to try out. Let me tell you, he's absolutely in love with them. His feet are never cold now. They're nice and thick but not too thick to wear with his steel toes. These are much thinner than I expected yet warm not as “heated” as the description proclaimed, as I would have liked. Slightly satisfied, slightly disappointed.

The socks are well made and comfortable. They do not keep my feet warm. No thermal properties at all. I bought the socks to use for my hospital visits where the temperature is around 65 degrees- my feet still froze. I tried 2 different pairs. STILL FROZE.
