Excellent Warmie & Costumer Service
At first I was concerned. My elephant warmie (a gift I reccieved) was a little bulky and the scent was super strong. Just give her some time and the scent settles and she becomes squishier. When I contacted the company with my concern they were very prompt to address my needs! I highly reccomend warmies and appreciate this company. So cute!

Following the instructions to heat up the warmie in the microwave it started sparking left a brown spot and a horrible smell- it almost caught fire
