This product is more than I expected it to be. The quality is very good . I love the design it looks really good in the bathroom . It delivers what it promised and was a great value for the price . We are very satisfied with our purchase .

I have had Jerdon free-standing towel warmers for years, and been generally pleased with them. But, my bath towels are large, so they would drag onto the floor from the towel warming bars. I decided to try the wall mounted one, and it is a great improvement. Larger in general, so I can fit more towels, washcloths, etc on the bars, and now my towels don't drag on the floor. Very easy to install (I plugged into an outlet and did not use the hardwire option). Just as aside to anyone who has not used one of these towel warming bars, they do not make your towels steaming hot, like you get in a spa or something, These are just moderately warm. But it is comfortable to wrap around you after getting out of the shower. The bars themselves get pretty hot and you can burn your skin if you grab the bars directly. The bar also does an excellent job or drying things fairly quickly. I occasionally use mine to dry clothes, but I put them on top of the towels. I don't think having the clothes right on the metal bar would damage them, but I like to play it safe. I have never had a towel get burnt on the bars, though.

This is our third warmrails towel warmer. We had 2 of them in our previous home and loved them. Towels are warm and dry when you step out of the shower. In the summer when the humidity is up, the towel warmer will insure that towels dry in a few hours instead of a day.

Bought two of these years ago and both still work running them 24/7! Easy to mount. They are a wonderful add on to the bathroom and give you the luxury of having always a dry warm towel

We bought one about 4 years ago and there was no doubt we would install them again when we moved house! As other reviews mention, this is not a true 'satin nickel' metal, but is a paint or finish that looks a nickel colour - and it looks perfectly good with the satin nickel finish of our fixtures. That is the only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars, though for this price compared to other brands/looks, there's truly no complaint. We feel like this is a small price to pay for the luxurious feeling you get when you step out of the shower and wrap yourself in a warm towel! It operates for about the cost of a lightbulb and it keeps your towels from getting musty/stinky as quickly as they do when they stay damp. It won't be as hot as when it comes straight out of the dryer, but it's definitely cozy, especially in a North Dakota winter :) I also use it as a drying rack for other items when I need to. LOVE this product, and will definitely purchase again when we add a bathroom in a couple of years.

(+) The Walmart price and reviews were good. (-) This towel heater required a separate electric outlet and cord is always an obsticle (-) Towels are barely warm, therefore it is too much money and efferts for the towel hanger. I would not recommend this item.
